Transparency
Transparency
DBIS publishes what supervision and counterparties reasonably require: assurance summaries, conduct rules, sanctions posture, data handling, and safe reporting channels.
- Audits & assurance
External and internal audit summaries, management responses.
- Ethics & conduct
Code of conduct, conflicts, and gifts policy.
- Sanctions & restricted parties
Screening posture and eligibility rules.
- Data protection & records
Retention, subject rights, and cross-border transfers.
- Whistleblower intake
Confidential reporting channels and protections.
On-chain transparency
Settlement activity on Chain 138 is independently verifiable via the public block explorer. All token contracts, PMM pool transactions, and bridge operations are visible on-chain.
Machine-readable trust data
- /.well-known/trust.json — entity metadata, contract addresses, aggregator listings
- /governance.json — governance bodies and named officers
- /policy.json — policy frameworks and compliance posture
Financial statements & risk
Summaries mirror annual report publication cycles. Risk disclosures align with the enterprise risk register (excerpts published where appropriate).
Governance logs
Non-confidential Council decisions and voting aggregates may be published with delay for operational sensitivity. See Governance framework for body descriptions.
